Our Mission

Our mission is simple, to refocus the Democratic Party and the country on the needs of all working class Americans. Our economy and government have been rigged to benefit the rich and corporate elites. Wealth and power have been extracted from our communities and concentrated in the hands of a select few, while both parties are too beholden to big money to make the real, structural changes we need. We are not here to play politics or score political points, we only want tangible results for all working class Americans and build a government that is truly by the people, for the people. Our government, both at home and abroad, must reflect the values that make Americans who we are – caring, hardworking, passionate, and proud people. Let’s build that America together.

The Economy

Our economy is rigged, leaving everyday working people to shoulder rising costs, stagnant wages, and dwindling opportunities while corporate profits soar. We reject an economic system that extracts from communities instead of investing in them. Our vision is bold and unapologetic: an economy that works for the many, not the few. Where power is shifted back into the hands of workers, families, and local communities. Through truly living wages, strong unions, public investment, and strong protections against corporate greed, we will build an economy rooted in dignity, fairness, and shared prosperity. We can have thriving communities and a thriving economy if we are willing to challenge the unbalanced influence of the wealthiest and put power back in the hands of the people.

We will restore trust in our democracy by empowering citizens, ensuring every voice is heard, and ending the influence of private profit and partisan manipulation. By cutting waste, modernizing institutions, and leveraging technology for real civic participation, we will create a government that serves all Americans, reflects the needs of every generation, and puts the public interest above all else.

We will ensure timely access to healthcare, mental health services, and disability benefits, while investing in housing, education, and job programs to help veterans thrive in civilian life. By modernizing the VA, protecting veterans from financial exploitation, and expanding local access to services, including a new VA hospital in Orange County, we will build a system that truly supports veterans and their families, recognizing their sacrifices and helping them succeed long after their service ends.
